“If you want to do a trip that is focused on photography then this isn't the one for you despite the title. The northern lights didn't show, hey that's nature and it can't be controlled. Firstly, "small group" means that you will be in a minibus but part of a convoy of vehicles packed with people from the same operator who will all pile out at the same location. “This was a royally disappointing experience. Whilst weather conditions are understandably beyond control, our guide was unmotivated and uninspired, and showed no effort in “hunting” the aurora at all. We stopped by the side of the road a few times and waited for the cloudy conditions to deterioriate. Meanwhile other tour groups had continued to drive on to other places in search of the aurora. We joined another tour by a different company the next day and the guide was much more enthusiastic. Not recommended.”

You will receive different pieces of information from the company and the tour operator regarding pick up timing and you will not be contacted over phone or message just on the app. The tour operator was extremely unprofessional and did not receive any of my calls in spite of trying to reach him. We travel many miles for a trip, we pay with our hard earned money and we end up getting no trip, no refund, no accountability and no kindness at all. I definitely do not recommend at all. Really upsetting.”

Other tours offer some kind of guarantee this one does not. However, our tour guide did try very hard, we drove for over two hours into Sweden but to no avail.”
