You will receive different pieces of information from the company and the tour operator regarding pick up timing and you will not be contacted over phone or message just on the app. The tour operator was extremely unprofessional and did not receive any of my calls in spite of trying to reach him. We travel many miles for a trip, we pay with our hard earned money and we end up getting no trip, no refund, no accountability and no kindness at all. I definitely do not recommend at all. Really upsetting.”

“This was the most expensive tour I did from Rovaniemi, and unfortunately I didnāt enjoy it as much as I had hoped, mainly because of the weather. I believe this tour is best experienced with clear skies. During most of our trip, it was cloudy, and there was little to no visibility at the top, which limited the overall experience. Itās also quite a long drive from Rovaniemi, so if the skies arenāt clear, you might be able to have a similar experience at a park closer to Rovaniemi. That said, our guide/driver/photographer was amazingāvery professional, friendly, and did everything possible to make the trip enjoyable despite the weather.”
