“This was the most expensive tour I did from Rovaniemi, and unfortunately I didn’t enjoy it as much as I had hoped, mainly because of the weather. I believe this tour is best experienced with clear skies. During most of our trip, it was cloudy, and there was little to no visibility at the top, which limited the overall experience. It’s also quite a long drive from Rovaniemi, so if the skies aren’t clear, you might be able to have a similar experience at a park closer to Rovaniemi. That said, our guide/driver/photographer was amazing—very professional, friendly, and did everything possible to make the trip enjoyable despite the weather.”
